Latino Leadership Pipeline

Latino Leadership Pipeline (LLP) provides high-quality, cohort-driven, leadership development, training, and skills to Latino education leaders. They believe that community members already possess the leadership qualities that make for strong schools, but often opt out of career advancement because they aren’t adequately supported. It’s hard to see yourself as a leader when current leadership doesn’t share your background, culture, or unique strengths.

The LLP board and team approached HALT Creative to bring their already vibrant initiative to life. Together, we created a brand that is inspired by elements of Latino cutlure, including art and architecture, and celebrates authenticity.
